Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.


2. Final Payment

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your payment method 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip.


3. Cancellations by Customer

If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled trip, your deposit will be refunded minus a $40 per boat cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your trip, all payments are non-refundable.


4. No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your scheduled trip will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be eligible for any refund.


5. Cancellations by Company

Jackson Hole Anglers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling options or refunds at our discretion.


6. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made directly through our official contact channels.
