About 45 minutes from Jackson lies Wyoming's Salt River. It's a small river, winding through the rural and beautiful Star Valley, and home to brown, rainbow, and cutthroat trout. The trout here tend to hide along brushy banks, in swift riffles, and in deep pools, making it a rewarding river to read and fish.
