How It Works

  • Pick your Dates and Make your reservation online or over the phone, whatever works best for you.
  • If you have already gotten your fishing license  (a link will be provided in your confirmation email),  we will head straight to the river.
  • After rigging up the rods and the boat we will hit the water. If you are new to fishing, our expert (and very patient) guides will give you all of the instruction you need. Then it's on to Catching Fish!!!
  • Our day is spent floating down the river, fishing from the boat as well as stopping on shore to work good spots. We have snacks and drinks on the boat, and on full day trips we stop for a delicious lunch.
  • At the end of the day we will load up the truck and drive you back to your hotel, where you can rest up for the next day's adventure.
  • Our company is small and therefore very flexible and more than happy to customize your trip to fit your needs.

Pricing Explanation

  • 1–2 anglers

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does pricing work for 3 people?

Each boat holds two anglers plus a guide. For groups of three, the right setup depends on your specific party. In some cases a third person can join one boat for an additional fee, and in others two boats makes more sense. We sort this out on a case-by-case basis to make sure everyone is comfortable on the water. Give us a call and we'll walk you through the options and exact pricing for your group.

  • What river will we fish?

All half day trips take place on the Snake River.

  • What happens if it rains?

Jackson Hole's high desert climate means full days of rain are uncommon and brief showers are far more typical. Pack a rain jacket and your trip will run as planned in most weather. Rescheduling is only considered when an all-day storm is forecast, subject to availability.

  • What should we wear?

Layers work best in Jackson Hole, where mornings can sit in the 40s and afternoons climb into the 80s. A light fleece or shell handles the morning chill, and a packable rain layer covers passing showers. Wear footwear you don't mind getting wet, like sneakers or sandals.

  • Are there bathroom facilities?

You'll find bathrooms at most launch and landing sites along the river. If you need to step away mid-float, your guide will pull over at a quiet spot on the bank. Bathroom supplies is always stocked on the boat for convenience.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We collect a 50% deposit when you book, with the balance auto-charged to your card 72 hours before your trip. Cancel more than 72 hours out and your deposit is refundable, less a $40 per boat fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable

  • How long is the trip?

Plan on about four and a half hours from the time we pick you up to the time we drop you off. Of that, you'll have roughly three and a half hours actually fishing on the water. The remaining time covers the drive to and from the river, getting your gear sorted, and a quick safety briefing before we put in.
