Where to Stay

Jackson Hole is one of the great destinations in the American West, and there is plenty to keep you busy beyond the river. Whether you are here for a few days or a full week, this guide covers our personal recommendations for where to stay, where to eat, and what to do during your visit.

Town of Jackson

We recommend most guests stay in the town of Jackson. You are within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and it is the most central location for fishing, rafting, hiking, and other activities. Jackson is also about 10 minutes from the airport, making logistics easy.

Teton Village

Teton Village is home to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and several large, newer hotels with excellent amenities. It is a great option if you want ski resort activities right outside your door. Keep in mind it is a 20-minute drive to town and about 40 minutes from the airport, so factor in extra travel time for most activities.

Four Seasons: Ultra-luxury ski resort lodging with world-class service, mountain views, and some of the finest amenities in the valley.

Hotel Terra: An eco-friendly boutique hotel steps from the tram, with stylish rooms, a rooftop pool, and one of Teton Village's best restaurants.
